Mh145 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the mh145 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.
These terms apply to all users of the mh145 platform in Malaysia. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the mh145 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other channel we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.
Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes. mh145 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice, other than by publishing the latest version on this page.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this platform. Registration by individuals below the required age is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in violation of this rule will be terminated immediately.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the mh145 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Your full name, phone number, and payment details must be valid and verifiable. mh145 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the account review process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs through your account is your own responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Mh145 will never ask for your password via email or message. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a user of the mh145 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, exploit system vulnerabilities, or disrupt platform operations in any way.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers in a manner that conflicts with the conditions of those offers.
- Engaging in any activity related to fraud, money laundering, or illegal financing through the platform.
- Sharing your account or allowing another party to use it to place bets or conduct transactions.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform or its products.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in actions including temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances associated with suspicious activity, and/or appropriate legal action.
Payment Information and Transactions
All transactions on the mh145 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via local payment methods supported by the platform, including online banking via FPX, e-wallets such as Boost and GrabPay, and other methods that may be added from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all registered payment account details are accurate and held in their own name. mh145 does not process payments to third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be approved to accounts that have been verified in advance.
Mh145 reserves the right to hold or suspend transactions that raise compliance or security concerns pending review. In such cases, users may be required to provide supporting documents to verify the source of funds before the transaction can be completed.
All deposits successfully credited to your account are final in the platform's records. Transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Limitation of Liability and Account Policies

Mh145 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control such as network outages, natural disasters, or third-party technical failures.
Mh145's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
Mh145 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance associated with the irregular activity may be forfeited. For account closures requested by the user, valid balances will be returned once all reviews have been completed.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the mh145 platform are the exclusive property of mh145 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from mh145.
Third-Party Links, Amendments, and Governing Law
Third-Party Links
The mh145 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. mh145 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own respective terms.
Changes to These Terms
Mh145 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page along with its effective date. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the mh145 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations are unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
